Payment Methods
Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Checks/Money Orders: Mail your check/money order made payable to Donovan Industries, Inc. along with your order. Please include tax and shipping charges.
Account: You may charge your order to your account with approved credit.
Payment terms: 2/10, Net/30. Credit applications are available from Customer Service.
International Accounts: International orders are wire transfer, in advance only, payable in US dollars.
Returns and Exchanges
Call Customer Service at 800.334.4404, Monday thru Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time for a Return Ground Authorization (RGA). All items must be returned in condition to be resold.
All items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for freight. We will credit your account, minus any applicable restocking fees, once the return has been received and inspected.
Initial freight charges are not credited. Damaged, incomplete, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 10 days of receipt. All other returns must be to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of order.

Shipping
$12.95 SH for the contiguous United States, All others please call for freight quotes. We ship DHL whenever possible. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.
Orders for stocked merchandise are normally shipped same day DHL ground.
Rush orders can be shipped Next Day Air or Second Day Air if order is placed by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Additional shipping charges will be added to your invoice.
All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped Second Day Air and Shipping charges will be added to your invoice.
International orders will generally be shipped BAX Global, freight collect, unless other arrangements are made by the customer.
Product Warranty
We offer a six month from date of delivery warranty against manufacturing defect on products, except those where the manufacturer offers additional warranty coverage.
Once returned and inspected, we reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion. An RGA will be issued upon approval. See product for warranty and liability information.
